Constantine Papageorgiou

Constantine Papageorgiou’s foray into maple sugaring began with simple curiosity. A solo experiment with a single tree has since blossomed into a thriving business, encompassing a growing sugarbush and modern boiling operation. As the driving force behind all things maple, Constantine’s keen eye for detail ensures consistent quality in every batch. When not immersed in sugaring, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and his day job. A true maple syrup enthusiast, Constantine’s greatest joy is watching his children grow into the family trade (and lend a hand with the buckets).

Zoe Papageorgiou

Zoe Papageorgiou is a student at Needham High School.   With a keen interest in international business, finance, and economics, Zoe plays an active role in the management and growth of Gold Brook Maple, with a particular focus on developing its e-commerce presence. Her experience interning with an international non-profit organization fostered a deep appreciation for local sustainability, a value she integrates into her work. Zoe's energetic spirit extends beyond the business world; she's an avid skier and soccer player who also finds time to tutor fellow high school students and work part-time as a hostess. Known for her humor and dry wit, Zoe provides welcome respite during the long hours of sugaring season.  As a true maple syrup aficionado, Zoe’s favorite tradition is making “sugar on snow.”
