A solo experiment with a single tree has since blossomed into a thriving business, encompassing a growing sugarbush and modern boiling operation. As the driving force behind all things maple, Constantine’s keen eye for detail ensures consistent quality in every batch. When not immersed in sugaring, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and his day job. A true maple syrup enthusiast, Constantine’s greatest joy is watching his children grow into the family trade (and lend a hand with the buckets).
