Maple Glazed Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Combine 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved- 2 tablespoons olive oil- Salt and pepper to taste- ¼ cup pure maple syrup- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. 3. Roast for about 20 minutes or until tender and caramelized. 4. Drizzle maple syrup over the sprouts during the last five minutes of roasting. 5. Garnish with nuts if desired before serving

Maple Mustard Chicken Thighs
Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless) - Salt and pepper to taste- ¼ cup pure maple syrup - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard - Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup and Dijon mustard; mix well. 4. Place chicken in an oven-safe dish; brush generously with the maple-mustard mixture. 5. Bake for about 30–35 minutes until cooked through (internal temp should reach at least 165°F/74°C). 6. Baste once halfway through cooking time for extra glaze! 7. Serve hot and garnished with herbs if you like.

Maple Pecan Granola
Ingredients: 3 cups rolled oats - ½ cup pecans (chopped) - ½ cup almonds (sliced) - ⅓ cup pure maple syrup - ⅓ cup coconut oil (melted) - ¼ teaspoon cinnamon -Pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F(160°C). 2. In a large mixing bowl stir together oats, nuts, cinnamon & salt . 3. Add melted coconut oil maple syrup then mix well till everything is coated evenly! 4. Spread granola onto a lined baking sheet into an even layer. Bakefor25–30minutes stirring occasionally until golden brown and crunchy! 5. Let cool completely before storing in airtight container - enjoy with yogurt as snack!

Maple Banana Bread
Ingredients: - ¾ cup mashed ripe bananas (~about two medium-sized ones) - ½ cup unsalted butter(melted) - ⅔ cup pure maple syrup - 2 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1½ cups all-purpose flour - ½ teaspoon baking soda - pinch of salt Instructions: Preheat oven 350°F(175°C). In a bowl, mix together mashed bananas, butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. In another bowl, sift flour, baking soda, & salt. Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until moistened (do not overmix!). Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing—enjoy this deliciously sweetbread!
